Managing the Apo-Weekly-Challenge Group

It's two weeks now since I put up the Apo-Weekly-Challenge group. It's very exciting to see all these great entries coming in. People really worked well. And then the votes come in too. I am constantly checking for group messages, just like when I first got email!

So far,

• there are 100 members in the group
• 43 Apo artists have submitted entries in Challenges No 1 and 2 combined
• 23 people have voted for Challenge No 1

I find all this very rewarding.

It's a little scary too. I have ideas for the next challenges, but I wonder: will people like them? But then I figure if I offer a range of challenges styles, everybody should find something they like at least some of the time. Still I'm a bit anxious, but it is a nice type of anxiety.
